FunEase, a joint venture between FunPlus and NetEase, today announced that Cloud9 and Fnatic will officially enter the next stage of “Rules of Survival Global Series” with dedicated teams competing in the North American “Fox Plain” & “Starless Depot” and South East Asian “Regional Clash” divisions.
“I would like to formally welcome Cloud9 and Fnatic to the world of Rules of Survival! We are thrilled to have few of the best esports teams in the world participate in the competition. Rules of Survival Global Series is getting a lot of traction worldwide, and I look forward to seeing both professional and grassroot teams across each region compete for the world champion title,” said Andy Zhong, Founder and CEO of FunPlus.

The Rules of Survival Global Series officially began in July 2018, with the launch of North American “Fox Plain”, South East Asian “Regional Clash” and European “Mount Gill” divisions.
Thousands of RoS fans around the world formed 2000 teams that competed in finals of each division. Moreover, the competition attracted more than 10M unique viewers worldwide, watching the broadcast on Facebook in 6 different languages.
